When you submit a catering request, we collect the information you provide, such as your name, phone number, email address, event date, estimated guest count, service preference, menu selections, and event notes. A catering submission is an inquiry only and does not reserve a date or confirm an order.
Our hosting provider may also receive ordinary technical information used to deliver and protect the website, such as an IP address, browser type, request time, and security logs.

TJ's Pit Stop does not sell personal information. Information is shared only as reasonably needed to operate the website, respond to your request, comply with law, protect rights and safety, or complete a business transaction involving the restaurant.
Retention and security
Catering inquiries may be retained while TJ's responds, prepares a quote, coordinates an event, and maintains reasonable business records. Administrative and technical safeguards are used to limit access, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
